We teach Brazilian Jiu Jitsu through a curriculum based method and have classes catered to white belts also.
You do not have to spar if you do not feel you are ready to or you are doing it more for leisure/fitness.
You have nothing to lose. Learn how to defend yourself and gain self confidence.
If you can dedicate atleast 2 days a week, this gym is for you.
All skill levels welcome
Teenagers aged 13+ recommended.
Bring your own Gi if you have one!
Gloves and shin guards recommended for Striking.
