My client John Habib. I'm very proud of his progress in only 10 weeks. He has lost 20LBS and
4% body fat. He hasn't had any special shakes or been apart of any special diets. He suffered from Upper Crossed Syndrome but through corrective exercise and strength-conditioning training we have been able to correct his muscle imbalances.

-Smith Machine Lunge 135Lbs
3 sets 12 rep each leg
-Hack Squat 50Lbs
3 sets 10 reps
-Glute Hamstring Curl
3 sets until failure
-Seated Calf Raise 45lbs
3 sets until failure
-Donkey Calf Raise
3 sets until failure
