Whether you’re looking to become an instructor or you’re  already certified and want to strengthen and refine your teaching skills, this training is designed to help you become a more confident and effective instructor.

Learn how to take a class from beginning to end, with a focus on:

• Class sequencing & structure
• Effective cueing and corrections
• Modifications for different bodies and abilities
• Creating flow and purposeful transitions
• Reading the room and responding to your students
• Confidently managing and controlling the room

This training is about more than knowing the exercises it’s about learning how to teach, how to see your students, and how to create a safe, effective, and engaging class experience.
