Opening day for WCSL was a soccertastic⚽️success! We want to thank each and every one of you for reminding our volunteers why we do what we do! We are here to give children the opportuntity to build a community of friends, faith, and competitive fun, and we can't do it without the support of Y-O-U!
Through the hiccups and the heat, the day was Ahhhhmazing!☀️
Here are a few things that will make your life a little less hectic on game days moving forward:
-Please see the previous post for the parking flow map. This is how traffic should be moving in and out of the facility. If we can stick to the map, we won't get off track. (See what I did there?)
-Do NOT drive in the median. Webster tells us that a median is the area of space that SEPERATES opposing lanes of traffic. When we know better, we do better. Future misuse of the median will result in an immediate red card.
-Camden's Parking pad is for Camden's customers only. WCSL has signs that designate the parking area for our guests. They were a lil' crooked yesterday, but we will make sure areas are clearly marked moving forward.
-Please don't cross through the lanes of entry and exit traffic to get to Camden’s Adventure Zone. Walk along the grassy strip adjacent to the parking lot until you are in the clear of the people running late for their games.
-When exiting after your games, PLEASE go to the right as designated by the cones. This is to prevent a traffic jam at 775 and the entrance to Camden's. Traffic Jams result in traffic cops, and we'd rather have our LEO watching games instead of motorists.
