Got ACTIVE 🥊 today!! Wife landed some great shots with good form! Not my best work, dehydrated from yesterday 🤣 and still conditioning to drop body more body fat ( currently at 294lbs). About to get back on my program of 5 days of 2-3 workouts a day! Going to drop and stay between 270-280lbs for size! Praise the Lord for better flexibility in my schedule now a days 🙏🏾! Work life balance! Respect is not given, it’s TAKEN 😤🥊💪🏾🛡️🔥!!! Gym is 2A fitness, it’s worth the tour 🤩! Smoothie bar, basketball court, hot saunas, ton of equipment, etc!
