Louisiana VooDoo - Meche

Late post... 😬
Well, that's a wrap to our VooDoo season. He played ok in Youngsville, at the Bullet Showcase. We were 2 runs from goin 3-1 against some good competition... We ended the season with another winning record, which we've done, all 3 seasons here! There was a bunch of hurdles to cross this season, with plenty of ups and downs along the way. But it was still a very successful season. We won more than we lost, as a 1st yr - 16U team and more importantly, we had several kids get recruited, recognized and also personally invited to college campuses, for additional camps.... With that bein said, this is our last season with VooDoo. We have had a blast with this great organization! We end with a total record of 66-38-4 over our 3 seasons... Against good competition, while playing tournaments in La, Ms, Tx, Okc and Colorado.... Thanks to EVERYONE that has ever helped and/or contributed to VooDoo - Meche, in any and every way!! This was never ever, no middle of the mall stuff!... We'll see y'all around the park soon! 💪🥎

Congratulations to Mallory Alexander (2025 - North Desoto) for hitting a 250ft bomb this weekend at the Capital City Showcase tournament! It was definitely a kickstarter for our team!!! 💣💣💣

What a weekend for our team!!
We went 2-0 in pool and then had a bad game and lost our first bracket game on Saturday. We came back Sunday and won FOUR games in a row! Including the Championship game. We then had to play an IF game and lost by 1 run... 6-2 overall and runner up in the La Best of the Boot State Tournament!... Super proud of the girls for bonding and playing hard. We've had a butt load of injuries, players quitting, not showing up to practices and games, u name it. But our core group has still been positive and we all persevered! 💪🥎
