Two nights. Two tracks. One hard-fought weekend for the 888 crew.

Friday night at Penton Raceway we unloaded with speed right out of the gate.
🔥 3rd fastest in hot laps
🔥 Qualified 5th
🔥 Finished 3rd in the heat race putting us 5th for the feature

Feature time got wild while digging for more positions. The 888 caught an infield tractor tire which bent the nose frame down, and a body panel blew back blocking the driver’s view. At that point, safety came first and we loaded it up early. Sometimes dirt racing bites back.

Saturday morning came early. The crew got up with the roosters, cleaned up the damage, repaired the car, and headed to East Alabama Motor Speedway ready for redemption.

⚡ Started inside pole for the heat race
⚡ Picked up the HEAT RACE WIN
⚡ Rolled off outside front row for the feature
⚡ Drove the 888 to a solid 3rd place finish

Proud of this team for never backing down and grinding through adversity all weekend long. Appreciate all the fans, sponsors, family, and crew that keep this thing rolling every week. The 888 showed speed all weekend — now we keep digging. 🏁🔥

Cleaned up from Friday night at Penton Raceway and now it’s time to turn our focus to East Alabama Motor Speedway for Night #2 of the Topless Outlaw Dirt Racing Series

Dusty Jones will be behind the wheel of the green #888 Limited Late Model, while Dennis Hale will be piloting the grey #604 crate car.

Two hot rides. One big night of racing.
