What do we do on the Monday after a race???

1. Debrief about the race
2. Unload the trailer
3. Put everything away
4. Take batteries out of the cars
5. Fight with the pole in the door and call for reinforcements
6. Find yet ANOTHER thing wrong with car 74
7. Find that we have the fix for 75!!!
8. Organize our tools
9. Get in trouble for being too loud waiting in the office (not really, but y'all were too loud Silver Knights Racing)
10. Go home, rest, get ready to fo it again on Tuesday!

The day was long, but we accomplished our main goal: to have FUN! The kids said that they enjoyed it and learned a lot!

Coach has several thank yous: First, Mr. Bradley from GNMS Racing for spotting the issue remaining with our back axle on car 74! Mr. Sparks from Greenpower_USA for helping me get the set screws tight on said axle! All the teachers Ethel W. Kight Elementary School for your donations of snacks, drinks, and for helping us make sure that ALL team members are now able to participate. Y'all are amazing and helped us make our race day fun!

Last, but definitely NOT least, my parents for jumping in, helping out, bringing drinks and snacks, and spending their Saturday letting me borrow their amazing young children!

Hey Wolfpack Racing, it's all fun and games! Our Silver Knights Racing needed that little something to celebrate, so of course, a little friendly rivalry with my former team never hurts!! We love y'all!!

Last practice! Ready or not, here we come!

Yesterday was our next to last practice before our 1st big race of the season. This Thursday we will have our last practice to make final adjustments and load the trailer for Saturday.

It's gonna be fun, and yes, we will race in the rain!!
