One Reason Children Rebel Against Their Parents
Because children were born as fearful humans, a parent must understand a child's propensity to fear and intentionally imitate Christ to them.

"None of us pray alone. Though you may think no one is praying with you, the Ultimate One is praying for you. Jesus is praying right now that the Spirit comforts you, strengthens you, anoints you with fresh oil of brave joy. Jesus is seeing us through, carrying us through, praying us through. And when we’re struggling to pray, it’s Jesus Himself Who prays for all we’re struggling with. His arms won’t let you go, He won't abandon you, and His prayers won’t fail you. Jesus won’t get off His knees until you are in His arms." Ann Voskamp

I wanted to share with y'all what happened today in a gift shop today in Gulf Shores.
My six year old daughter, McKenzie, and I talk about everything under the sun and some of her favorite topics is our country's history, war and our military men and women. She is completely fascinated about the whole idea! We have taught her how extremely important they are and what heroes they are, and should be to everyone and to always respect them. Well today while we were shopping, I noticed her staring at a man dressed in an American flag shirt, a hat that had "Purple Heart" on it, and who also had a prosthetic arm. As I went to tell her to stop staring she says to him "excuse me, are you a soldier? Were you in the army?" I was in shock. (I didn't want him to think she was being rude because she's so intrigued by them). He looked at her with an expression I'll never forget and says "yes mam I was". She just hugs him and as she squeezes him she says "thank you so much, will you take a picture with me?" With tears in his eyes, he clears his throat and says "of course". As I had tears just running down my cheeks, I took the most precious picture of my sweet baby girl and her Hero. You see, that man could feel and see just how much he meant to her. She has one of the biggest hearts of any child I know. I pray that this story touched your heart and shows that if a six year old little girl can recognize a true hero... Anybody can and should too!

How To Meet God at Your Lowest Point - Ann Voskamp
When I witnessed this woman's audition on American's Got Talent, I could feel it with millions of others around the world -- a rare and holy thing was happening. And when Jane Marczewski, a graduate of Liberty University and a cancer warrior, stood under the falling awe of the show's golden buzzer,
