🥎💪🏼🐤 The Baby Birdbrains battled hard this weekend at the USSSA State Tournament! 🐤💪🏼🥎

No hardware this weekend but MANY small victories were won! They battled when down, showed leadership during adversity and worked as a team to claw through the bracket as far as they could!! 🏆 5th out of the most solid 15 8u teams in the state ain’t to shabby, especially for a mostly 7u team! 👏🏻

Back to work for a couple of days before Jennie Finch World Series this weekend!! 🥎 Legggoo!

The Baby Birdbrains finished 4th out of 10 against some extremely talented teams from Texas and Louisiana. Continuing to push ourselves outside our comfort zone, chase the tough competition instead of avoiding it, and trusting that growth happens when you challenge yourself against the best. 💪🏼

The grit, resilience, and heart this team continues to show is something to be proud of. The huddle says it all — together through every inning, every challenge, and every lesson.

No hardware coming back to the boot with us but building tough, confident, unselfish girls who love each other and the game will always matter most. ❤️🥎

The baby Birdbrains take Angels 4 Autism!! 🥇

They fell short with an early loss Sunday but worked their way back to the championship game. They executed some big time plays to secure the win which forced 2 inning ITB and they came out on top!!!

They’re growing, learning and COMPETING! This weekend pushed them to #1 in Power Rankings in the state in 8B! These girls apply the PRESSURE!!!!

Back to the lab for the next two week to get ready for tougher competition in Denham Springs! 💪🏼
