Mardi Gras Hoop Jam today! Desert Star Ballroom will be hosting us once again 3-5pm for a fun time of hula hooping! I will bring extra hoops for use and for sale. We have both new and used, both adult and child size. ANYONE can hoop. I can show you how. Its great fun, and great fitness... burning up to 600 calories an hour, participants are guaranteed a good nights sleep. :)
