We’ll be doing a beginner pilates class with Amy from Align then you can walk the flowers and fill your cup! It is going to be such a great morning to enjoy the outdoors and recharge 🌼

Introducing Strength

A class designed to build strength and endurance using traditional strength training movements. Same style as our Hot Strength class just without the heat.
At Align we believe movement should be possible for everyone.

As our community continues to grow, so do we. We are excited to offer more ways to move in hopes there is something for everyone.

Our new Instructor Amber 🤍

Amber lives on an acreage near Bryant with her husband and two children. She teaches writing and coordinates the writing center and Oakwood Magazine at South Dakota State University.

Amber loves to stay creative and active. Her introduction to group fitness came through yoga classes. Those classes taught her how much a community of encouragement and support enhances not just our physical practice and motivation, but also our lives. She enjoys creating new sequences of yoga postures that balance stillness and motion of both body and mind to challenge strength, flexibility, and balance.

Amber has been a consistent member of Align since day one and has loved the positivity and friendships as a member and is excited to share her yoga practice as a class leader.

We are so excited to welcome Amber to our growing team of amazing instructors. Check out the schedule and sign up for one of her Flow and Recover classes Wednesday or Friday. You won’t regret it 🫶

You asked.. we delivered!! Yoga is coming to Align. 🧘‍♀️

We are so excited to be offering a class that is designed to help us slow down and reconnect a little bit while still challenging our bodies and our minds. This class is for all levels and will meet you where ever you are at.

Amber will be teaching Flow + Revover Wednesday nights @ 6pm and Friday mornings @ 9am.
First class is September 9th at 6pm.

Join us for a fun Back to School Mom + Daughter Date August 22nd in Bryant, SD. 🌸

30 minute Pilates class, one professional mom + me photo by .by.nikkij , and sweet treats included in the sign up price. Permanent jewelry by The She Shed and coffee by Lake Side Coffee Co will be available for purchase. Please bring your own mat for yourself and your daughter. (A towel will work just fine as well)

Sign up on the momence app today for your spot. Spots are limited so sign up quick!! When you sign up for yourself that automatically means you have a plus one daughter under the age of 18 with you. Please message me if you have another child attending as well. Memberships will not work for this event.

2026 Spirit Week 💙

Thank you to each and every one of you for being a part of spirit week! You all have completely blown it out of the park!! Showing up, dressing up, posting, and bringing your friends and family to the studio all made this week so much fun and extra special- whether you joined for one class, took multiple a day, or continued your consistent attendance schedule- each one of you helped create a week full of encouragement, laughs, and connections that will last forever.

Let’s Kick off summer @ the Studio with some spirit!!! ☀️ 4th of July week we will be doing a theme everyday! You can participate in the dress up days but it is NOT required to attend class!

Of course we will have prizes because what is spirit week without those?! We will keep a point system throughout the week!
🥇1st place NEW Align sweatshirt, NEW grippy socks, Drip coffee gift card, and a pair of their very own bangles AND bragging rights of course!
