🥎Meet Head Coach Stephanie Zajac
As a wife and mom of two who works full-time, Coach Steph brings a unique mix of experience, passion, and a whole lot of energy to The Edge Fastpitch Softball Team!
With nearly 15 years of softball coaching experience at both the high school and recreational levels, along with several years of coaching high school basketball, Coach Steph has spent countless hours helping young athletes become hardworking, committed players who are hungry to learn, compete, and love the game of softball!💪
For her, the best part of coaching is watching an athlete grow; not just as a player, but as a person. She believes in leading by example, working hard, having fun, and creating an environment where players feel challenged, supported, and confident. Her former players describe her coaching style as passionate, relatable, and fun. They knew she would push them when they needed to be pushed, show understanding when they needed a little grace, and would always have their backs. “When faced with a challenge, one question she always asks is, ‘Will it make you bitter, or will it make you better?’ My goal is to help you choose better!”♥️
Coach Steph is excited to be part of The Edge Family and looks forward to helping create an atmosphere where our 11U girls can compete, learn, laugh, grow, and...most importantly...have FUN playing the game they love!🧡🖤🧡
