Happy 2022!
Are you one of those people who make the new year resolution on January 1? Do you stick with it?
Goal setting should be SMART
S-SPECIFIC
M-MEASURABLE
A-ACHIEVABLE
R-RELEVANT
T-TIME BOUND
Not ready to make that longer term commitment yet?
Try setting a smaller goal like - I'm going to drink X amount of water every day for x days. Or - I am going to plank x minutes every day for x days. Or - I will walk x miles a day for x days.
Once you crush those smaller goals, you will find it easier to commit to the longer goals (1-3 months). And once you crush those - the 4-6 month goals won't seem so far away.

Doing a little ‘spring cleaning’ on this gorgeous sunny day -
And I didn’t forget my makeup brushes.
Ladies - how often do you clean your brushes?
I know I’m guilty of not doing it enough.
But- I feel so good when I do!

Do you make your own veggie broth?
It’s so easy to do!
Just save/freeze your ‘waste’ after chopping whatever veggies/herbs you use.
When you have enough saved up - toss them in your crock pot with some water - turn on low and let it go! I like to let mine simmer in there for about a day. Let cool. Store in freezer in glass jars of various sizes and you will always have it ready to go!
My crockpot yields about 13 cups!
