08.27.2026 Everyone, meet Ah Soo.

He hasn’t been claimed and has opted to sign on as a working cat and student morale officer. Pleased to report he’s doing *excellently* on both fronts.

Look at how he encourages proper stretching before classes begin!

He has been dewormed, appears to already be neutered and will have vaccinations and a microchip soon. He has a spot on our upper deck for daily food and water. We’re in process of an outdoor shelter before fall arrives.

08.18.2026 Our little visitor has returned for ! Today started with supervising battle ropes. 🥹

Again, we absolutely do not mind the visits!!

This a very polite cat. Comes in to say hello and get today’s allotted affection without interrupting classes.

We just want to make sure nobody is actually *missing* this cat before proceeding with providing care and microchipping so there is a contact should it get into trouble.

08.12.2026 We have a new junior student!

This ginger cat has been seen around the school recently. Friendly enough to actually wander in for a “free first day” of class, today. Grade A for excellence on warm-up exercises. 😜

Do you know who it belongs to?

Please alert your neighbors to let us know who may be missing a cat. We think it’s fairly young but have yet to get close enough to scan for a microchip.

If truly a stray, then arrangements will be made to get this kiddo spayed/neutered, vaccinated and into a proper housing arrangement; but we did not want to presume and ‘catnap’ a neighbor’s pet that accidentally escaped. Happy Lunar New Year! We welcome the year of the Fire Horse…… with a snow day. 😆

As the communities head into a week of winter storms we will follow the safety protocols of the local schools with our student’s well-being our utmost concern. Basically; if any of the brick-and-mortar schools cancel due to weather and dangerous road conditions, it is safe to presume we will also.
