At Muay Thai Beyond Limits, individuals of all abilities belong, and we celebrate each student's unique strengths and needs.

Watching our students explore the heavy bags for the first time at our sensory-friendly open house was such a powerful moment. Each student got to try the heavy bags in their own way, while building confidence and body awareness.

This is what accessible and inclusive martial arts looks like.

We loved sharing our new, fully accessible studio with our current students and families at our Sensory-Friendly Grand Opening/Open House! Supporting our students’ development and watching their confidence and sense of belonging shine through is one of the best parts of what we do.

Our students got to test their Muay Thai knees and kicks on the heavy bags, and they looked strong! We are so excited to continue building a space where every student can grow, belong, and thrive.

After three years of building Muay Thai Beyond Limits, we finally have our own studio space. ❤️

We now have a dedicated training area with mats, heavy bags, and space for our students to move, learn, and grow in a way that stays accessible and comfortable for every family. We intentionally keep our class sizes small so every student gets the support they need.

One of the parts we’re most excited about is our new sensory room... a safe space with crash mats, fidgets, and sensory tools where students can take breaks, regulate emotions, and reset when needed.

Huge thank you to Developmental Pathways for helping make this possible with new equipment and support for our students, families, and the disability community as a whole. This space means so much to us, and we can’t wait to keep growing here together.

Developmental Pathways

We are incredibly grateful to Christina for putting this reel together to showcase our inclusive martial arts/creative movement therapy program and our adult classes. Her son S brings so much kind and positive energy to every class. He is always willing to help, is an amazing martial artist (and dancer) and never shies away from a challenge! He should be so proud of his progress. We love getting to train with S every week and are so grateful S and his parents chose to become a part of our Muay Thai Beyond Limits family!
