A huge thank you to the Village of Depew for continuing to prioritize health, wellness, movement, and community year after year. We are endlessly grateful for their support in our mission to make yoga accessible physically and financially for everyone!

And of course, thank you to our amazing instructors who are bringing their energy, time, and heart to these classes this summer ✨

All classes are FREE for the community to attend and are weather permitting. If weather forces us to cancel we will communicate 3 hrs before classes start in our social media channels. If classes get cancelled we welcome you to plan ahead and join us in studio for a class that day! (Booking for those classes will be on our app but check times that we will have classes that day before hand!

Even more special — we kick everything off on International Yoga Day, Saturday June 20th 🧘‍♀️🌞

Then we’ll continue celebrating all weekend long with outdoor classes for Summer Solstice weekend, including our very first Sunday evening outdoor class.

Join us for a cathartic, glow-in-the-dark yoga experience set to a moody, nostalgic soundtrack full of the emo and alt-rock songs that raised us.

We’ll flow under black lights with neon body paint and all the angsty energy your teenage self would’ve loved. Wear black, neon, or your favorite band tee and get ready to stretch, sweat, reflect, and vibe with us.
