six years ago, i took a leap of faith and started at her core with one simple mission: to create a space where women could move their bodies, build confidence, and feel like they truly belonged.

since then, we’ve shared thousands of workouts, countless laughs, tears, milestones, celebrations, and moments that reminded me this has always been about so much more than fitness.

to every woman who has walked through our doors, shown up to class, trusted me as your coach, supported an event, shared a post, or simply believed in this vision… thank you. you are the reason at her core exists.

this journey hasn’t always been easy. there have been moments where i questioned everything, but every challenge has shaped what at her core has become today.

here’s to six years of choosing ourselves, building community, getting stronger together, and proving that fitness can be a place of belonging, not judgment.

i’m officially out of office for the rest of the week after class tomorrow morning.

i’m taking some much-needed time to rest, reset, and spend time with family. i’ll also be taking a break from social media, so i won’t be responding to messages, emails, or inquiries until i return.
