Congratulations to the Capital City Bandits the VERY FIRST PFA LEGACY BOWL CHAMPIONS!!! 🏴‍☠️💙

The first one can only happen ONE TIME. Years from now, when people talk about the Legacy Bowl, there will always be one franchise whose name comes first:

THE CAPITAL CITY BANDITS. 💯

This season tested them. They battled through the regular season, through injury, fought their way into the postseason, and after falling short of the 2A National Midwest Championship game, they still had another opportunity to leave with something HISTORIC.

And they handled business.

This wasn’t just another victory. This was the INAUGURAL LEGACY BOWL. There were no former champions. No previous standard. No history to chase.

THE BANDITS CREATED THE HISTORY.

Now that trophy belongs to Capital City, and their name is permanently stamped into PFA HISTORY as the franchise that won it FIRST. 🏆

Trust me… this game was AMAZING!!! A very very defensive battle and one for the ages!!! The VERY first winner of The Legacy Bowl and have etched their name into history and they are the Capital City Bandits!!! Big ups to Coach Mack and all that he has accomplished in just his second season!!! With this win they will solidify their automatic bid to the NBSE in Indianapolis, IN!!! Great season to my franchise and see you soon in Indy!!! To my Giants… tough year with everything that transpired BUT you made it through and completed the mission… it may not have ended how you wanted but you found out a lot about not just yourselves but the people around you especially athletes… I am very excited to see how this will be built for next season… all eyes are on you guys!!!

Couldn’t have asked for a much better performance from both of these franchises!!! ANOTHER Defensive battle!!! Both teams showed up with MAXIMUM effort… the stage was set… the crowd was amazing… the food and presentation was spectacular… the stream was phenomenal… all that was left was a winner… and “Down Goes Frazier”… your 2A National Midwest Champion is the Flag City Phantoms!!! With an incredible performance down the stretch… was able to grab the points they needed to seal the deal!!! FCP has been to 3 straight CHAMPIONSHIPS in a ROW here in The PFA… and have finally got one on the third attempt!!! If that team last night shows up every game they’re UNSTOPPABLE!!! To GCT way to Stand tall… way to compete on a HIGH level… way to show your city that you are the real deal and you should be proud no matter the outcome!!! This was a very hard season for you guys having to travel 11 games straight but you made it to your very first Championship and even if it didn’t ended how you expected there’s still more work to be done as both franchises will be in the National Bowl Series Events in Indianapolis, IN on October 3rd-4th with a chance to still make it to Florida! Let’s keep fighting let’s keep pushing!!! Great season!!!

To my Franchises of The PFA… I love you all thank you for an amazing, awesome, incredible, yet stressful year!!! I am proud of you all no matter what… I have done my very best and have put on the biggest platform I could ever do… let’s see what the rest of 2026 will hold going into 2027!!!
