Dina Krois (bio)
Dina Krois brings years of teaching experience to the group fitness studio. Dina is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher (RYT) specializing in working with athletes and active adults, a Peak Pilates certified instructor and is certified in group fitness and barre. Her classes emphasize proper form and alignment, breathing, core strength and coordination. Dina continues to develop teaching skills through her regular attendance at conferences and advanced trainings. Sher has several advanced academic degrees including a PhD and is currently pursing a Masters in Exercise Science.
