In case you're new here. A little about me.

My name is Chyler

Wife, proud mom of two amazing boys, and passionate about all things strength and fitness 💙🏋️‍♀️ I’ve been powerlifting since 2019 and became a powerlifting ref in 2021. I’m also an ISSA Certified Youth Fitness Instructor and Powerlifting Instructor. I love sharing my passion for lifting, helping others build confidence, and teaching safe, strong movement both in and out of the gym!

There are very few things that I am willing to leave the house before 4am for and not return until nearly 11pm. This sport and the Alpha Crew is one of the things I will do that for.
I had an amazing day working the meet. I judged a little and spotted and loaded a little (spotting and loading is my favorite) and saw many friends!

Progress isn't always fast or flashy—it's built one steady choice at a time. Whether you are bouncing back from an injury, surgery, or just burnout, remember that your body needs movement, consistency, and the right plan to truly recover. Don't give up on the hard days. Show up for yourself, listen to your body, and trust the process.

Powerlifting is more than just lifting heavy weights—it builds the foundation for success in almost every high school sport.

Stronger athletes are faster, more explosive, and more resilient. Whether it’s football, wrestling, volleyball, softball, basketball, track, or baseball, powerlifting helps improve speed, power, balance, coordination, and overall confidence.

Learning proper squat, bench, and deadlift technique teaches discipline, body control, and mental toughness that carries over both on and off the field.

Powerlifting also helps reduce injury risk by strengthening muscles, joints, and movement patterns that athletes rely on every day.

The goal isn’t just to lift more—it’s to perform better, stay healthier, and become a stronger athlete in every aspect of competition.

Strength is never a weakness.
