It’s all fun and games until you’re caught in flash flood weather in the Books. Even on high ground we had water running in our tents in the middle of the night. We’re lucky that the gully was there to mitigate the water. At least we and the horses were safe, cause there’s really nothing that could’ve been done for the three hours it poured
