EXCITING NEWS FOR GIRLS ATHLETICS!✨🏈

As a mother of a daughter who loves flag football, this announcement is especially exciting for me.

I’ve had the opportunity to not only cheer on my youngest daughter from the sidelines, but also coach her team, and I’ve seen firsthand the confidence, teamwork, and leadership this sport helps build in young girls. 💪

I am thrilled to see the UIL Legislative Council moving forward with discussions to make Girls Flag Football an official UIL sport in Texas. 🔥🏈

This is about more than football...
it’s about opportunity, inclusion, and giving our daughters another pathway to compete, grow, and shine. 👏

I would love to see UISD embrace this opportunity and explore bringing Girls Flag Football to our district.

Please know I'll be working hard and advocating for girls in our community to have this opportunity.

The future is bright, and I couldn’t be more excited about what this could mean for the next generation of female athletes! 🏈✨
