Stage shots from yesterday.
I ended up placing 9th out of 22 girls
in Figure Class F.
Not bad at all.
It was a deserved placing.
Overwhelmed with a lot of feelings yesterday & today. Iβm disappointed in myself for sure, but Iβm also happy as well. All things considering in the past year, I definitely made some good improvements. And more importantly, I learned a s**t ton. So many factors will be changing from coaching, to nutrition & training, & my schedule. LOTS of work to be done. Not sure when my next show will be, just enjoying myself the rest of this weekend.π©π

Well... here ya go.
My 20 week prep transformation π
175lbs - 151lbs
18% Bodyfat- 6% Bodyfat
140 days of work.
Countless hours spent at the gym training or cardio.
Countless hours spent prepping good & eating according to my plan.
And all the ups & downs of life in between.
It was not easy.
No one sees what all goes on behind the scenes. You see my workout videos & pictures of me happily flexing after a good pump. But no one sees the all that sacrifices that go with it.
I have always tried my best to share with people that competing isnβt all just glamorous. In fact a lot of times it fu***ng sucks.
Pushing yourself to physical & mental exhaustion for weeks. Plus all the other struggles or s**t that goes on in your life that you have to deal with...
20 long weeks of dedication. Not gonna lie, there were numerous times I wanted to quit, not because it was hard or I was tired or I was unhappy, it was because of other life events. But each time I reminded myself that this is my goal, my passion, & my life, & I could never let anyone bring me down from that. Bodybuilding is hard, but thatβs exactly why I love it.
This prep was the hardest one Iβve done, but I built the best physique Iβve ever had & I even walked away with a couple of trophies to go with it.
Honestly, I canβt wait to do it all over again. π
The only question is when... π€π€
