KA Senior
Saturday
Qualified P4
Heat 1 team missed the set up & he struggled to find speed in the opening laps & finished P11
Sunday
Heat 2 started P11 & with some luck & skill got through a crazy start with the outside row in a complete mess he quickly found himself running in 4th place & after the 14 lap heat race finished 3rd.
Feature started 7th & again the outside row had a tough go & Brady quickly found himself in 3rd!!
He had speed & pace to run with the leaders but unfortunately on lap 12 of 18 a red flag came out & the race ended.
Solid 3rd place finish & only his 4th time at this track
First time running KA Senior!!

206 Senior
Saturday
Qualified P10
Heat 1 drove smart through the field… had the lead from lap 10-13.. couldn’t find a way to hold on & ended up P2
Sunday
Heat 2 great start with some tough drivers & fell back to 4th but with an incident & a penalty finished P2
Feature started on the Pole
Great run by the top 3 drivers… they stayed in line & pushed themselves to an incredible lead with a huge gap but w 2 laps to go the gloves came off & these drivers battled back & forth
Brady had the lead with a 1/2 lap to go but on a drafting track it’s extremely difficult to defend!!
But after the dust settled he ended with another strong 3rd place finish!!
2 huge races with a large field & put it on the podium in both classes is amazing!!

Strong weekend at New Castle Motorsports Park racing Route 66 Sprint Series with Mill-Rite !!

Brady raced 2 classes this past weekend
KA Senior (37 karts) & 206 Briggs (34 karts) in his class as a rookie.
Friday & Saturday practice looked good in both
KA happy hr 4th fastest
Qualified P9
Heat 1 P4 with some fast laps
Heat 2 P4
Feature had a rough start & got shuffled back but once he got settled in he fought back & finished in 10th
Not exactly where we had hoped to finish but the competition was strong!

Feature started P2
Traded the lead spot a few times but towards the end of the race found himself in a bad spot & got shuffled back. Ended up with an 8th place finish after going off track with a 1/2 lap to go!!

Great race weekend for Spring Nationals in Charlotte,NC

Moved up to Senior Lite & Senior Medium
Lite class I had 87 karts in my class
Qualified P10
They field was split into 2 groups
Heat 1 finished P2
Heat 3 finished P2
Feature started P3
Had a great race as a rookie & ended up with a 4th place finish

Medium class I had 83 karts in my class
Qualified 19th
Heat 1 DNF was hit & taken out
Heat 2 started 43rd & finished 19
Did not make automatic transfer into the feature
Started P8 in the LCQ last chance qualifier
Won it
Feature started 47th & picked up 25 spots to finish P22
Strong way to make a bad into a positive
