Silver State Tours is hiring a reliable, experienced horse person for a live-in trail guide position just outside Las Vegas in Lee canyon

If you’re looking for a ranch lifestyle, working with horses daily, and guiding small groups — this is for you.

🌵 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

* Guiding walk-only horseback trail rides (small groups, mostly beginners/tourists)
* Grooming, saddling, feeding, watering horses
* Cleaning and organizing tack, trailers, corrals and staging area
* Taking client photos and helping create a great guest experience
* Assisting with occasional:
* Wagon rides

* Live-in housing included (details discussed upon interview)

* Consistent work with flexible scheduling
* Small group tours on horseback
* Close to Las Vegas

* Base pay (DOE)

⚠️ REQUIREMENTS (READ THIS):

* MUST have real horse experience (handling, saddling, reading horse behavior)
* Must be comfortable leading beginner riders
* Able to lift tack, work outdoors, and be on your feet
* pass a background check and drivers license
* Good attitude with guests (this is a tourism job, not just horse work)

🚫 NOT A FIT IF YOU:

* Have little to no horse handling experience
* Are unreliable, late, or on your phone all day

⭐ BONUS IF YOU:

* Have guiding, wrangler, or dude ranch experience
* Are good with kids and families
* Have basic ranch skills
