Assistant On Demand

Schedule will be tentative
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9-2 or 10-3
Monday/Thursday as needed, if you are available

You must be willing to take a drug test and be able to pass a background check.

All weekends and holidays off. Most days you will have a few hours of downtime, but the client likes to have someone at the home in case he needs something. You are free to do anything you’d like with that time as long as you are on property.

Daily Duties:
-pick up and reorganize common areas
-empty trash cans
-run and empty dishwasher/do any dishes
-make bed and reset primary bathroom
-wipe down common areas, kitchen, and bathroom
-restock fridges
-open and organize any packages that arrive, break down the boxes
-keep the client’s desk clean and organized

Weekly Duties:
-ensure primary bathroom is fully stocked with all products
-check and keep lists of inventory items that are running low
-do all laundry twice a week, send out dry cleaning once a week
-pick up and stock fridge with meals from a nearby meal prep company
-grocery shopping
-maintain organization of the closets and storage rooms
-put the bins out/take them in on trash day
-check the mail

As needed:
-errands for 1 client
-greet and let in vendors
