It’s time to address one of our FAQs about our virtual classes!
“What equipment do I need?”
A pair of lightweights (1-5lbs)
Theraband or Tubing
Weighted Ball (2-3lbs)
Inflated Ball (7-8 in. diameter)
If equipment isn’t accessible, what do I do? Substitutes are the way to go! If you don’t have dumbbells, use a can of beans. If you don’t have bands, use a pair of stockings. Get creative with it! The most important part is that you continue to move your body and give your best effort. We’re all a supportive and encouraging community here!
