DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO TALK TO A HUMAN AT FACEBOOK?
I cannot reset my password strangely enough I can still access Facebook on my iPhone but I cannot login on either of my computers And the code that they are supposed to send me NEVER arrives I would appreciate it if someone anyone can HELP ME!!!!

Friends, I want to share something personal with you.
This image isn't just motivational art; it represents my actual goal. I'm 68 years old, and I'm racing toward 2057... my 100th birthday.
And I don't just want to make it to 100. I am going to SPRINT across that finish line with energy, independence, and vitality.
Crazy? Maybe. But here's what I know after 40+ years in health and fitness:
The winner of the longevity race isn't determined in the final lap; it's determined by the small choices you make every single day.
