Regret is something that can trouble your view at day-to-day experiences, demolish your happiness, and pulls out your energy. We all have regrets. Some of us more, others less.
We're not perfect. None of us. And some of us really have a reason to feel regret. But, no matter what the subject of your regret is, you owe yourself to face reality and minimize your regret, so you are able to give it a place inside, learn from it, and grow.
