For the last couple of weeks Guidance as woken me up in the middle of the night. Straight up. Eyes closed, I cross my legs and wait. Breath comes into rhythm. Palms facing each other, raised off of my lap. My palms begin to sway back and forth in synchronization with the breath. I AM that I AM begins to flutter within me. Its Light familiar, surfaces slowly and I wait for it. "I Love You." There is a gentle swaying back and forth.
My hands still. The I Love You's continue.
I breathe this frequency out into the world until I feel the click off, gently I lay back and resume my evening's slumber.
