I thought I would post an enlightening review from one of my clients!!!
"Paul is an excellent personal trainer who manages to find the perfect balance between encouragement and accountability. He is also very personable and knowledgeable, so when we train together I am able to learn a lot of interesting and relevant information about any number of different topics. Paul takes time each week before our training sessions to build exercise programs that cater to me as an individual. He genuinely cares about and asks for feedback and regularly checks in with me to ensure that my goals are being met from my perspective and is always happy to make modifications when needed. As a 41-year-old woman I would also say that the fitness world can be very intimidating, which can be scary to newcomers, particularly women. Paul has always made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I have never once felt judged by him and I feel sufficiently challenged during every workout. I am also a busy professional, which makes it hard to find the time to exercise. Paul has always been gracious and understanding about the need for our early morning training seissions. I know it can’t be fun having to wake up as early as he does for our training sessions, so I really am appreciative to him for being willing to accommodate me. A little while ago I said I would do 10k meters on this bad boy. I did it today, did some extra GHD sit-ups because I was late to the party.
