テーマ 『肩こり・腰痛改善』
オンライン化が進む中、自宅でのデスクワークをする方が多くなっています。そのような中、肩こり、腰痛の問題を抱えている方も多いのではないでしょうか。
今回、Dollyがこのテーマを元に実際にどの様なレッスン指導をするか、またどの様なクラスデザインをするのかをワークショップで学んでいきましょう。
フォーカスする点、注意点などにも触れ、Dollyのレッスンを解説していきます。
また、マスク生活の中、ますます浅い呼吸になりがちです。DKメソッドの核となる『breath』の復習をいたします。一人でも多くの方が正しい呼吸を習得し、元気に過ごされること願っております。
