Let me tell you how I do it 😊.
Sunday prep for all week breakfast and Monday dinner . This way, I start the week strong and make sure I have a high protein breakfast. Due to personal preference, I meal prep for the whole week (I wish I could) ,that is so much easier to stay on track.

Let's talk about squat form , this is SO important . If the form is not good , so many things can go wrong.

*You are not creating the torque
*You are not maintaining a neutral pelvic position
