I saw this on another page I’m on and it made me curious. What would you say?

A genie comes down and says “I’ll make 3 foods/drinks 0 calories to help you on your diet. What 3 things would you choose?” You would be able to eat as much of these 3 things as you wanted and it would always be 0 calories and cause ZERO health issues! You can’t say things like “Mexican food or Chinese food” lol.
They have to be 3 specific things! Lol.

Mine would absolutely be enchiladas, margaritas, and tortilla chips (can you tell I love Mexican?)

A passion of mine is Peloton. Anyone who knows me, knows how much I love the bike that goes nowhere. Exercise is just as important for our mental health as nutrition. And if you can find an activity to de stress (coloring for me) do that as much as you can!

Life isn’t always about being perfect. If we limited the fun things, we would never stick to the lifestyle that is best for our bodies. Did I have too many carbs today? Yep! Do I regret it? Absolutely not! We have to enjoy life!
