Time to get back here. I was about 207lbs and about 7% BF. Right now I’m 215lbs and about 15% BF. After my injury I’m just now beginning to see things move back in a positive direction. The goal is to be back here by February. Let’s see how long it takes. 😜

It’s watching people “get it” and when I mean “get it” I’m talking about a mindset. See there are those that like to “get in shape” and there are those that “train.”

People that like to “get in shape” they come and go and they’re just chasing a singular result, so they can go back to the way they were living before that originally got them in the hole they’re in. But those that train, they’re focused on altering who they are at the deepest level so they never have to be in the hole they were in before they started.

It’s less about ACHIEVING and more about BECOMING.
