Your 2023 NPC Rocky Mountain 🏆Bikini Open Overall Champ 🏆

Coming off her 2022 NPC Colorado Muscle Classic Bikini Overall win, the mission plan was to put on just a bit more size and bring the same level of conditioning for a National show in 2023.

We took a year off to improve on some areas and plan on doing a warm up show prior to stepping on another National show in 2023. (She took 5th at the 2020 NPC USA)

The plan has been executed perfectly thus far with this 2nd Overall Win.
The final mission is to continue to on plan and tighten up a bit more for her shot at earning the coveted IFBB Pro card at the 2023 NPC National in Irving Texas on December 8th. We have no doubt she will represent and make the team, NPC Colorado and all her friend and family proud.

Thank you to NPC Colorado and and staff for putting on a great show and congratulations to those who competed at one of NPC Colorado’s most prestigious and biggest show.

The progress and success a client achieve in and out the gym is one of the most motivating and gratifying for a coach/trainer.

Throwback to the 2022 NPC Colorado Muscle Classic where bikini athlete took the Overall! Lauren has been on the Team since 2017 and has won her class numerous times in big shows and placed 5th at the 2020 NPC USA, this was her first Overall victory which she wanted and worked so hard for, next stop 2023 NPC USA!.

Congratulations to Athlete/Model for earning Pro status at the most prestigious amateur/pro event at the 2022 WBFF World’s Las Vegas and becoming first ever WBFF Wellness Pro!!!

It’s hard to believe when we started training in May 2020 for just “lifestyle” could turn into passion for her, this is only her 2nd year in her bodybuilding journey and 2nd WBFF show ever. She made her debut at last year’s World’s and competed in Fitness and Bikini division narrowly missing her pro status.

We got her feedback last year from the judges and they recommended to switch to wellness and just to put on a little more size and so we immediately implemented training plan for the Wellness division.

Let’s just say her hard work, dedication and drive paid off.

Thank you for everyone who supported her journey and contributed to this prestige accomplishment.
Looking forward for Alyssa to excel and do big things at the Pro level.

Huge shoutout to TeamRoTraining] lifestyle client Bryce Burkhardt (no IG) who is currently deployed in the Middle East. He joined the 3 month online Body Transformation Program in June 2022 wanting to lose body fat, particularly in the core area, gain muscle density and to live a fit lifestyle through proper diet and exercise.

In just a span on two months he surpassed and accomplished his goal!! He lost a total of 35lbs totally transforming his physique and lifestyle.

He’s a great client to work with, has been 💯 from the start, checks in on time, kept in close communication, doing it while in a deployed location where some food and resources are limited.

It’s a New Day, New Month ..work don’t stop.

athlete/model .lauren made her WBFF Pro debut at the 2021 World’s Vegas on August 14 where she competed in a very stacked Fitness Division. She stepped on stage looking her best to date complemented by her strong and beautiful stage presence that illustrated so much grace, elegance and confidence.

She may not have placed where we were hoping but her great attitude filled with gratitude and sportsmanship being with all the amazing ladies showed how much she enjoyed being up there amongst them. It was what she was able to accomplish, learn and discover about herself not just with the physical but with the mental and emotional aspect of the sport and life through the process made a HUGE win for her.

She definitely has the dedication, hard work ethic, passion and all physical attributes to excel in this sport and has made it perfectly clear that she wants to be and give it her best on or off season.

The process of improving on working the small areas needed based on judges feedback is implemented and without a doubt she will be better and will be right in the top mix in the Fitness Division. Keep your eyes 👀 out. Back to work we go ✌🏽💪🏽

athlete/model made an impressive WBFF debut at the prestigious 2021 World’s on August 13-14 where placed in the Top 10 in a stacked Bikini and Fitness division missing her WBFF pro card by one placing in the bikini division.

We’ve already implemented a game plan based on the judges feedback, already making significant improvement as we head on to her next WBFF show in November.

She’s well ahead to bring her best package and will be a top contender in the Wellness Division.
