All workouts have been released. This event is team of 3 (MMM/FFF) with scaled and intermediate divisions. Scaled is perfect for new competitors and Intermediate is for those who RX most workouts at your box! The top ranked teams from the Spring Throwdown taking place worldwide on March 7th will earn their spot to the championships at Viking Lakes, Egan MN in June!
