1 Corinthians 1:18 AMP
For the message of the cross is foolishness [absurd and illogical] to those who are perishing and spiritually dead [because they reject it], but to us who are being saved [by God’s grace] it is [the manifestation of] the power of God.

To the Christ-rejectors who are in the process of being destroyed (Ephesians 2:1-2) the Gospel is nonsense. To those who are believers it is the core of POWERFUL WISDOM!

God’s total revelation, i.e., the Gospel in all its fullness, which centers in the incarnation & crucifixion of Christ (2:2); the entire divine plan & provision for the redemption of sinners, which is the theme of ALL Scripture, is in view.

That said, CLASS is in session (Studying God’s Word with urgency & intent)!
