From last week’s Beer Fest, a big thank you to for having us and giving us the opportunity to host a challenge for the crowd while helping promote next month’s 5K run. It was an awesome time, and it was great to see people step up, test their grip strength, and take on the other challenges.

For over a decade, LVBarstarzz has shown up nearly every Sunday for the Las Vegas community—offering complimentary workouts and hands-on calisthenics coaching for anyone willing to put in the work.
The only price for membership is the time you give and the work you put in on Sundays!
From first-timers to elite athletes, this movement was built on giving back, building strength, and lifting each other up. From strangers, to friends, to family…eleven years of this would be impossible without the commitment of those who keep showing up and building this legacy!

Join us this Sunday to celebrate our 11th Anniversary! 💪🏽🌟 Come out and enjoy a workout with us, followed by some challenges, prizes, and giveaways. It’s free and open to everyone, with all levels of fitness welcome.
Also, we will have a Push-up Endurance Competition on the same day after the workout. It costs $5 to enter. Half of the proceeds will go to New Vista, a nonprofit that supports people with Intellectual and Developmenal Disabilities here in Las Vegas.
