Nine years later, we remember the life and legacy of Coach Charleston Hartfield.

A coach. A veteran. An officer. A mentor. A leader. A husband. A father. A friend. A hero.

Charleston dedicated his life to serving others and making an impact on the lives of those around him. His legacy continues through the family, friends, athletes, and community he inspired.

On this day, we also remember the 60 lives lost and the many others whose lives were forever changed by the Route 91 tragedy. It was a loss felt throughout our entire Las Vegas community, and one we continue to carry with us.

Today, we honor Charleston’s memory, the life he lived, and the lasting impact he left on Las Vegas and beyond.

We remember. We honor. We stand together.
