Tuesday night at 6:30pm at Fayette Area Lions Den there will be a Basic Self Defense Class for up to 12 people. This includes your basic laws, situational awareness and basic hands on techniques.

If interested please contact the Fayette Area Lions Den. This is for ages 13 and up. Accommodations can be made for any disabilities or limitations someone may have. Just let me know at the start of class.

Are you ready? Summer is coming and so are the many vendor events and fun times. If you are looking for any of the locations I will be at this summer I will be posting here as well as on my website. Feel free to check both out. I know this platform can be a little shady at times and people don't always see my posts.

Tomorrow, Tuesday April 21st, is another Basic Self Defense Course at the Fayette Area Lions Den starting at 6:30pm. Reserve your spot by calling the Den. There will only be 12 spots available for the class.

This month I will doing two Basic self defense classes at the Fayette Area Lions Den that will be covered under your gym membership. The first one will be this Thursday from 6:30-7:30PM. If you'd like to learn some basics on self defense contact the Den to reserve your spot. There are 12 spots for each class available.
