A lot has happened these past 30-40 Days. I’ve been to Canada, Alaska and I’m off to the 70.3 Atlantic City today.

What I do for the IRONMAN Group is rad, but what I did In Augusta, MAINE this past July is VERY SPECIAL!!!

Who would have thought I’d Race Director my first IM event this year. I had a blast doing it!!!

These days it’s so easy to get distracted and unproductive. I’ve really had to be aware of my own distractions and drama lately. I’ve had a HUGE appreciation for my workouts these past few weeks.
