Fear of Rejection can look 👀 like:〽️
🔸Hesitation voicing our negative feelings
🔸Walking on eggshells
🔸Trying to please people
🔸Not setting or keeping boundaries
🔸Prioritizing others’ needs before ours
🔸Conforming with what we think people want us to be
🔸Evaluating our worth based on out put and feedback
🔸Seeking people’s acceptance over our own
🔸Feeling insecure about who we are and our behavior

Every person I’ve spoken to that was in a rut, got out by taking some physical action. It started very small, consistently over time making healthier self-loving choices their lives were changed. I’m a living testimony of this.
