Happy 1 year anniversary to my partner in crime, my ride or die, my adventure buddy, my best friend, my soul mate. This past year with you has been absolutely amazing! Been a little MIA on here lately. It’s been so nice to take a social media break!


Even though I haven’t been on here as much, I have been showing up for myself every single day and it feels fantastic.


The community we now live in has an amazing gym so I have been using the gym every morning with my hubby.


I’m working on gaining lean muscle and really shredding out. I’m following a program that involves lifting heavy 4 days a week and doing whatever I want the other 3 days.


I’m really enjoying listening to my body and switching things up - keeps me motivated too!


I’m following a mostly vegan meal plan and my gut has been thanking me for it!


Just a gentle reminder that sometimes you have to do things for you and that’s okay. The more you take care of yourself the better you can take care of others!

This handsome devil and I spent all day painting and working around the house!


Then he dragged me to the gym with him and I’m so happy he did. Today was supposed to be my rest day, but we had an awesome lift sesh together.


Usually Brian and I workout separately, but I love to spice things up and workout with him every once in a while!

So blessed to be doing life by your side .


We have been so unbelievably busy these past few weeks with the house that we have had barley anytime to hang out with each other.


Even though we live together and I see my hubby every day, I haven’t gotten to spend nearly enough time with him lately.


We worked hard all week so we can have tonight to relax and enjoy each other’s company.


We got pizza, and now we are snuggled up on our brand new amazing couch to watch a movie.


It is so important to make time for your partner and just enjoy each other’s presence.

When I first moved down to Florida I had no one (besides Brian of course).


I’m a social butterfly, so not having my friends around the corner was really hard for me.


I worked full time in corporate America with the same 6 people, so it was hard to meet people that way and I was working 55 hours a week, so I didn’t have much time outside of work to meet people.


Thank goodness for coaching. Coaching brought these amazing ladies into my life and they have become some of my best friends! The best part? Most of them live close by!


These girls support me, push me to be my best self, and make me laugh like no other!


At first I joined the coaching community to hold myself accountable for my own wellness - little did I know the best part about it would be the community!


If you have been thinking about this opportunity - take a leap of faith! I’m so happy I did 3.5 years ago. It has changed my life in so many ways for the better and I can’t imagine my life without it!

I haven’t done one of these posts in a while, so I think it’s about that time. .

Ever since I can remember I was a competitive swimmer 🏊‍♀️ - all throughout elementary school, middle school, high school and college. .

Because I was swimming 2+ hours a day I thought it was completely fine to eat whatever I wanted 🍩 🍕 because I would “burn it off”. Needless to say I did not have a healthy relationship with food and in college I gained the dreaded freshman 20.


When grad school hit I no longer had a swim team or organized sports to join, so I took to biking 🚴‍♀️, running 🏃‍♀️, swimming, and making my own weight lifting routines 💪🏼. .

Guess what - I gained even more weight, felt even less comfortable in my own skin, and developed IBS.


Thank goodness my fiancé introduced me to at home 🏡workout programs. At first I thought there was no way I could get a good workout in in only 30 minutes a day from home (keep in mind I was used to 2+ hr practices), but when I saw the weight just falling off I became a firm believer that these workouts and nutrition guides WORKED! .

Your mind is so freakin powerful. Whether you think you can or you can’t, you are right.


That’s why it is so important to train your mind just like you would train any other muscle in your body.


Personal development has helped me so much over the years and It has helped me train and mold my mind for the better!
