How?
Because we have some amazing classmates! 🤩

Last week I received 2 payments.
One from someone who still isn't sure if she can come but paid for herself & her husband PLUS she sent extra $$$ for 2 tickets so someone else can go!!!

Then later the same day, I received $$$ from someone who for sure can't go but wanted to pitch in anyways so someone could go.

Plus, we have received some other donations towards tickets first. Again, I can't tell you all how lucky we are to have such amazing people in our class!!!! Truly amazing! 😊🫂

So please, if you need a free ticket let me know!!!!

Friday, October 14th
Homecoming Football Game 🏈
Purchase your own tickets online or at the game.

Tailgate before the game.
Meet in parking lot at 5:30pm.
Look for BHS 87 signs.
Then head into the game together around 6:30 pm
We will have a reserved seating area for our class. 🤩

After the game meet at:
Gold Mine Tavern
23 S. Water Street

Cash bar with class of 87 specials and decorations.
Buy your own drinks, food, etc.

Saturday, October 15th
Lifeguard Arena
222 S. Water street

Meet and Greet/Cocktail Hour.
Check in at:
The Lookout Room (second floor)
5:30-7 pm cash bar.

Dinner to follow at:
Mackenzie River Pizza Grill and Pub.
Buffet dinner included.
Both are located upstairs above the hockey rink.
It's a great venue, brand new with amazing views!

Sunday, October 16
Picnic at the park (TBA)
Noon to 4 pm
Details will be announced on Friday night.

I have already given them the list of people who have previously volunteered and/or told me they are interested in volunteering. They will contact you soon to go over the different needs for each event.

OK, BHS 87 classmates....
It's that time again!!!
Our 35 yr Reunion is right around the corner! 🤪

We have decided to change the reunion dates to the FOLLOWING week of:
October 14th to 16th.

Details to follow but we will basically stick to the same format as before.

10/14 - Friday
Tailgate in parking lot before the game.
Homecoming Football Game 🏈

Then come hang out at:

10/15 - Saturday
Evening event
Details TBD, prices will come out shortly.

10/16 - Sunday
Picnic at park

I realize it's hard to RSVP without firm prices being set for Saturday but you can still give us an idea if you are planning on attending.
It helps to determine final prices if we get a rough idea on how many people plan on coming.

We realize that things are getting expensive and a lot of people are struggling, we are trying our best to be mindful of keeping prices reasonable while still planning a nice event for Saturday. 🤩

We can also accept other donations if anyone has show tickets, gift cards, gift baskets, other merchandise, food, equipment (tents, BBQ's for tailgate or for picnic) or other items to donate or that we can use so we don't have to buy or rent them.
We will use these items them for games, awards, etc. Everything will be put to good use. 😊

Volunteers, I have a list from previous years. You know who you are (you will get a message from me soon) and if there are other people who want to help in any way, let me know.

Many of you may have heard already but I am sorry to announce the passing of one of our BHS 87 classmates, Sara Solis Scow last week right before Thanksgiving in a tragic accident.

Sara was loves by many people, she was a good friend to many and will be greatly missed.

My sincere condolences to her family and many friends.
