HOLIDAYS APPROACHING

Hi everyone! The holidays are right around the corner!!! Are you wondering what to get your best dive buddy?! Here are some fantastic ideas!!!

I am an affiliate with all of these companies. Use the links in the comments to order, book, or share! Here’s some quick info!

CROSSKIX: the all around aqua shoe! Wear with or without socks. Walk in the water. Run along the beach. Or even dive with them in your fins!!!

NAUTILUS LIFELINE: personal GPS locator. Never be lost on a dive again (lost out at sea that is). No subscription required, dive with it, then if you come up and the boat is gone… turn it on and wait for help!

STREAM 2 SEA: all your pampering needs taken care of, and reef safe!!! Shampoos, conditioners, SPF products, and some with a bit of glitter for that extra oompfh!

WATERHORSE CHARTERS: my favorite dive operation out of San Diego. That’s right! You can now book on your own through my link (which puts us in their good graces when I book our private charters!) You don’t need for me to go with you, just book whenever you want!

Questions?! Message me! Check out their links in the comments!

***SCHOLARLY SUNDAY***

When the teacher becomes the student! I started the Deco Procedures course this last weekend with Las Vegas Scuba Academy and our SAR guys!

A lot of planning goes into these dives, and we just touched the very beginning! Everyone was on doubles (Sidemount for me) and we had a Nitrox 50 slung as our deco bottle.

You can see the light transition from 150ft as we started to come up shallower. And the deco ceiling profiles for our two dives. Ready to do it again!

Ready to live your mermaid dreams?! Contact me to start your PADI Mermaid course!!!

Have you ever wondered what contributes to decompression illness? Take a look…

How do you get off the boat?!

Most of our dives in the 🐢 were negative backroll entries from these pangas. This dive was in a more protected area, so negative entry not needed. Still a fun way to get in the water!
