American made 🇺🇸🤠 Happy Labor Day! Very grateful I get to call lifting heavy things, competing, traveling & creating content “work.” I pay my taxes though! 💪🏼

Even more grateful for everyone who watches, follows, supports my sponsors & has helped me turn what I love into a career. ❤️

Now clock out & go enjoy your day or clock into my YouTube because there’s plenty to binge 🎥

Proud to be the cover of the September issue of Muscle & Fitness HERS.

They asked extensive interview questions, here was one of my favorites because being on the cover of a magazine was also a dream!

I’ll be getting hard copies and signing them soon!

Q: Winning your Pro Card is a tremendous milestone. What went through your mind in the moment you realized you had officially earned it?

I actually have two Pro Cards: one as a professional strongwoman and one as an IFBB Pro,and only a select few people in the world can say that. I’m incredibly proud of what each one represents.

In both moments, there was this overwhelming feeling of, “This is my time.” I had put in years of work, sacrifice, setbacks, and consistency to get there. I had visualized those moments so many times, I journaled about them, had them on my refrigerator, that when they finally happened, it almost felt like I was watching a movie I had already seen in my head.

There was definitely emotion, but more than anything, there was a sense of validation. Not because I needed a title to validate who I was, but because I knew exactly how much work had gone into earning it.

I truly believe you earn what you work for in life. Both pro cards were reminders that when you relentlessly pursue something and refuse to give up on yourself, eventually you get to live the moment that was once just a vision board.

Sure, bodybuilding is cool, but deadlift till I’m dead is my personality! 💀

1 week post show + 2 YEARS since pulling from the floor, and I was ecstatic with this 405 lb pull. Certainly not my strongest but that hasn’t been the goal the last several years, feeling confident we can get in the 500lb + club here soon!

Deadlift has always been one of my favorite lifts, but I’ve pretty much had to eliminate it because the risk/reward just wasn’t there with several herniated discs getting progressively worse one moved 3 mm and my back was constantly getting thrown out.

Being able to pull 405 again and feel GOOD doing it was a pretty damn special feeling. 🥹

I dropped a new YouTube video today all about the spinal decompression treatment I’ve been doing and how it’s helped me get back to doing more of what I love. 🎥
