Hey all you Misfits. The word is out, we are slated to begin our league on Thursday, September 17 at the Gold Coast. League meeting at 5:30pm and league starts right after. There are new protcols that we have to follow while in the bowling center, and will be covered during the meeting.

Good news and bad news. Good news is according to Mike Kaufman that the Gold Coast Bowling Center will be reopening and leagues will continue when it reopens. Bad news is we are still awaiting the official word from both Sisolak and the bowling center. As soon as we hear word, we will pass it along

Captains, as you make your way to the Gold Coast tonight, we will be holding the votes for next season’s officers. Steve and Pat are renouncing their positions of Sergeant of Arms and Secretary. Please have in mind a nomination for all position for the upcoming season. We will hold the nominations at 6:20pm tonight.

Hey Misfits, we just received word that the funds are available at the cage right now. It’s a bit late tonight, but we will be in the process of working on them tomorrow. Our aim is to get the envelopes ready for distribution by tomorrow night. We will be sending a message to the team captains on when the prize money will be available to be picked up. If the captain cannot make it, please send only one member to pick up the funds to keep in guideline with distancing protocols.

Update: We are hoping to hear soon from the Orleans that our prize fund money will be available. I know that everyone is anxious but as soon as we can, we will let everyone know ASAP. Keep your phones handy!

Hello Misfits! Up to date information for you. We now have a plan in place to get the prize fund from the Gold Coast. However, there will still be a two week wait for the Casino to get the money ready for us but we will expedite that process as quick as possible. When that is accomplished, we will be able to have JUST the team captains come to a meeting at the Gold Coast to collect the team’s money. We will let you know the time and date. Stay safe!

As many of you have probably heard, casinos and properties will be opening up next week, and may have concerns on the payouts. As soon as we get word from the Gold Coast, we will be sure to reach out to each team captain to coordinate with their team members to receive the payouts. We appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation.

Just a gentle reminder, on August 1st of this year, any and all bowling balls with extra holes (a hole not used on each delivery of the ball) must be plugged and filled. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask
