WE ARE ABOUT A MONTH AWAY FROM THE NEW LOOK AND HUGE NEW FORMAT FOR THE EVENTS OF RTB IN THE CAROLINAS. RESERVE YOUR DOUBLES TEAM IN ADVANCE BEFORE THE EVENT FILLS UP. Oct 22nd, 2016 @ Little River Lanes.

The first event that we will run this format at is going to be OCT 22nd, 2016 at Little River Lanes, in Little River SC. Pre-Registration is highly encouraged so that we may know how many teams the house needs to prepare for and how many lanes will be needed. I believe once everyone has an understanding of the format, this event will fill up quickly. Once we have reached 50 teams, we will allow for a waiting list. A team IS NOT confirmed or locked until the deposits have been made.

Deposits- You can confirm your spot by paying your deposit using PayPal, calling me and doing a card by phone where you will receive a receipt, or in person if you see me on a regular basis. Pre-registration discount cut off will be Oct 17th. Any deposits after that will be normal entry fee of $65 per bowler. Any payments or entries the day of the event will be $70 per bowler. DONT DELAY and GET YOUR ENTRIES IN TODAY.

Aug 20th and 21st at George Pappas Victory Lanes in Mooresville NC. There will be several qualifying squads, and the leaders of the 11am squad on the 20th and the 10am squad on the 21st, will receive Auto-Bids to the Semi-Finals on the 21st(must have 6 entries from each division on those squads).

You DO NOT need to be a member to bowl, and you DO NOT need to be a member to cash. RTB Membership packages will be available for purchase if you are interested. RTB Membership packages offer some of the best benefits a bowler can receive from any membership available in tournament bowling. Be sure to inquire about them at the event.

QUALIFY BY DIVISIONS- There are 2 divisions. Bowlers will qualify in the division that there average defines them by. OVER- Any bowler who has an average of 180 and above. UNDER- Any bowler who has an average of 179 and below. The bowlers from both divisions WILL NOT match up until the Semi Finals. See attached tournament flier for more information.

HANDICAP AND AVERAGES- If you have bowled an event that Marcus Brzostowski has ran in the past, your current average that is in the system will be used. If you have NOT, RTB will be using your current highest composite average of the last 3 years with USBC. If there is NOT an average available, a bowler must enter as a scratch bowler and will be based off of 225.

HANDICAP- The handicap for this event will be 70% of 225. Max handicap for Women/Juniors(50) Max handicap for Men(40).

There will be several balls available for raffle. There will be many side pots available and extra ways to earn $$$$. RTB will also be running a 50/50 where the winner will receive 1/2 the money collected and the other 1/2 will be placed directly towards a new RTB Premium Membership package of a bowlers choice at the end of the event.

PRE-REGISTRATION- Due to lane availability and the number of bowlers that have stated they will be attending, I would like to encourage you as a bowler to PRE-REGISTER if you know what squad(s) you would like to bowl. In order to do so, I just need you to send me a PM on FB with your name and your USBC #, and let me know what squad you would like to bowl first. This will help speed up the registration process the day of the event.

DOUBLE POINTS EVENT- This event will feature a double points earnings for the current points race that I have been running through the year so far. If you would like more information on the Points Race and how this works, please feel free to message me and I will provide you with the details.

DRESS CODE- Bowlers will be required to wear a bowling jersey or shirt, or a polo shirt during the event. Name shirts are NOT required. UBA bowlers MUST wear their team jersey to receive discounted entry. Gym attire and hats are NOT permitted while bowling.

PATTERN- The pattern for this event will be a modified HOUSE SHOT, and will be a long oil pattern.

ABT 7/31/16 Finals and Results from Anderson SC

First I want to start off by saying thank you to everyone that came out to this event, which has not sent the record for the largest ABT single day event. We had a total of 32 entries(25 Squad 1, 21 Squad 2 and 16 Squad 3) and also 20 entries in the Sweeper side pot. A big thank you also goes out to the staff and management at Boulevard Lanes.

Congratulations to Carl Roberts who lead the 1st squad with a very nice 841 w/handicap, and held the lead the entire way. Carl set the bar and a fine effort by Chris Martin with an 822 w/handicap to put pressure on Carl Roberts.

During this event we raffled off a ball of choice and the winner of that was Timothy Tj Doyle. We also gave away a free entry to the $2,500 Regional that is coming up on Aug 20th and 21st, and the winner of that was Amber Ethridge, who was as a 1st time bowler with the ABT. There were a couple UBA bowlers that were present this weekend as well.

Below you will find pictures of the top 3 bowlers together and single pictures as well. I have also attached the payout sheet and the standings as well.

Bowlers, dont forget that we have a huge event that is coming up on Aug 20th and 21st. This event will cost $85 to enter, and with just 80 entries total, we will be GUARANTEEING prize fund that you will see on the flier when I post it. You wont want to miss this event as we will be raffling off 2 balls of choice, as well as many side pots and extra ways to earn some $$$$$.
